• Collaborate with Account Executives to assess opportunities, identify customer needs, and assist prospects throughout their technical evaluation and decision-making process.
• Present engaging and technically sound demonstrations that showcase the business and operational advantages of Arch’s manufacturing AI and data platform.
• Develop, organize, and implement pilots and proofs of concept (PoCs) that confirm technical compatibility and demonstrate quantifiable ROI.
• Engage directly with customers to gain insights into manufacturing processes and challenges, and align Arch’s solutions to effectively address their specific issues.
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to suggest solutions that integrate Arch with customer and partner production systems.
• Clearly communicate intricate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, ranging from shop-floor engineers to executive leadership.
• Address customer security questionnaires utilizing Arch’s existing response library while updating and enhancing that knowledge base for improved efficiency and consistency.
• Offer hands-on training and technical assistance to customers during pilot projects and initial deployments.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies, articulating Arch’s unique advantages effectively.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering position within manufacturing settings.
• Strong comprehension of IT and OT systems, coupled with the ability to design and convey integrated manufacturing solutions.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, with the skill to discuss complex technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a pragmatic approach to crafting solutions for customer issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage for supporting global clients.
