This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Master our platform and provide support to the Sales team by equipping them with insights, expertise, and the necessary tools;
• Listen attentively to prospects’ needs and collaborate internally to determine how Alan can best meet those needs;
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the prospect and evaluate the level of functional alignment with our offerings and capabilities; Engage in RFP submissions and collaborate with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts to construct Alan’s responses;
• Participate in the customer acquisition process to promote our services and products;
• Serve as the voice of the customer, contributing to Alan’s platform roadmap;
• Prepare for seamless customer onboardings;
• Engage in and potentially coordinate the most complex customer onboardings;
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in France to ensure effective sharing of best practices and contribute to building a global playbook.
• You possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment;
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in either Dutch or French;
• You have experience in end-to-end procurement projects (whether on the buyer or supplier side), including involvement in RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s;
• You excel in the art of product pitching with transparency, avoiding overselling its capabilities;
• You have a knack for identifying the root causes of customer concerns through active listening and requirements gathering;
• You are assertive and skilled at managing objections within a complex environment;
• You possess the ability to deconstruct complex issues and pinpoint product gaps to define optimal product solutions;
• You are adept at sharing relevant insights and context to influence product development;
• You thrive in managing high-level stakeholder relationships;
• You are proficient at prioritizing tasks while honoring commitments;
• You enjoy teamwork and are always enthusiastic about learning and personal growth;
• It would be advantageous if you are fluent in both Dutch and French; have experience in Insurance or Health platforms; have experience in end-to-end procurement projects (buyer or supplier side) with involvement in RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s; and have experience in HRIS / Payroll solutions.
