This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assist in identifying strategic opportunities throughout the WEST region, particularly in Spain, along with Italy and Portugal.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize, prepare, and implement key deals within the sales cycle.
• Engage in discovery calls and conduct detailed technical discussions.
• Develop and present compelling presentations and tailored product demonstrations.
• Design and propose solutions that cater to specific customer needs and business objectives, emphasizing the advantages, features, and value proposition of NiCE Cognigy.
• Identify and assess customer requirements, understand their challenges, and recommend how NiCE Cognigy can fulfill those needs.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to convey customer requirements and suggest further enhancements.
• Offer technical assistance to the sales team throughout the sales process, addressing technical inquiries, showcasing NiCE Cognigy to prospective clients, and supplying product information.
• Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and conduct technical comparisons between the company's software and other conversational AI products available in the market.
• Deliver internal training to various teams within the organization.
• Consulting & Sales Engineering Expertise: Utilize your experience in roles such as consultant, sales engineer, or presales to deliver insightful and engaging demonstrations.
• Enterprise Software Proficiency: Bring your experience in the enterprise software sector, particularly with contact center or automation technologies.
• Programming Skills: Apply your JavaScript programming/scripting expertise, essential for presales and enablement services. Familiarity with Java, Python, or similar languages is advantageous.
• Low Code & Conversational AI Experience: Experience in presenting conversational AI and generative AI technologies.
• Contact Center Knowledge: Comprehension of contact center technology (SIP and common contact center components like SBCs, ACD, ASR, TTS, etc.). Experience in conversation design, IVR design, or chatbot design is preferred.
• Presentation Prowess: Be a confident and engaging presenter who can effectively captivate your audience.
• Creative & Design Skills: Experience with video editing, Photoshop, or similar tools is a valuable asset.
• Tech Enthusiast: Exhibit confidence in discussing and interacting with technology, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of Cognigy, conversational AI technologies, NLU/NLP, and relevant software technologies, including UI/UX.
• Sales Acumen: Clearly communicate complex technology in an easily digestible manner, build rapport with customers, and effectively showcase Cognigy’s capabilities and value proposition.
• Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication skills tailored to your audience, and the ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams (Fluency in English and Spanish is required; knowledge of Italian and Portuguese is a plus).
