This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying strategic opportunities throughout the DACH and France regions, collaborating closely with the sales team to foster growth in these areas.

• Work alongside the sales team to strategize, prepare, and implement key deals within the sales cycle.

• Engage in discovery calls and conduct technical deep dives.

• Develop and deliver impactful presentations along with tailored product demonstrations.

• Design and propose solutions that cater to customer-specific needs and business objectives, emphasizing the benefits, capabilities, and value proposition of NiCE Cognigy.

• Identify and evaluate customer requirements, comprehend their challenges, and offer recommendations on how NiCE Cognigy can fulfill these needs.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to relay customer needs and suggest further enhancements.

• Provide technical assistance to the sales team before and during the sales process, addressing technical inquiries, showcasing NiCE Cognigy to potential clients, and delivering product information.

• Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and conduct technical comparisons between the company's software and other conversational AI solutions available in the market.

• Deliver internal training to various teams across the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Consulting & Sales Engineering Expertise: Utilize your experience in roles such as consultant, sales engineer, or presales to deliver insightful and engaging demonstrations.

• Enterprise Software Proficiency: Contribute your background in the enterprise software domain, particularly in contact center or automation technologies.

• Programming Skills: Apply your JavaScript programming/scripting expertise, which is essential for presales and enablement services. Familiarity with Java, Python, or similar languages is advantageous.

• Low Code & Conversational AI Experience: Have experience in presenting conversational AI and generative AI technologies.

• Contact Center Knowledge: Possess an understanding of contact center technologies (SIP and typical components such as SBCs, ACD, ASR, TTS, etc.). Experience in conversation design, IVR design, or chatbot design is beneficial.

• Presentation Prowess: Be a confident and engaging speaker, capable of captivating your audience.

• Creative & Design Skills: Proficiency in video editing, Photoshop, or similar tools is a valuable asset.

• Tech Enthusiast: Exhibit confidence in discussing and engaging with technology, with a quick aptitude for learning new technologies.

• Technical Expertise: Have a thorough understanding of Cognigy, conversational AI technologies, NLU/NLP, and related software technologies, including UI/UX.

• Sales Acumen: Effectively communicate complex technology in a clear and comprehensible manner, build rapport with clients, and showcase Cognigy’s capabilities and value proposition.

• Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication skills tailored to your audience, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Fluency in English, German, and French is required; professional level French is mandatory).
