This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy for enablement and go-to-market readiness: Oversee the creation, coordination, and implementation of enablement programs for new products and strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with Client Experience, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Market Development teams to ensure successful adoption and execution.
• Create and sustain enablement content: Develop, enhance, and manage sales playbooks, presentations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, Confluence resources, and other materials that support client-facing teams while reinforcing current positioning, messaging, and best practices.
• Design effective learning programs: Create and manage foundational training, ongoing skill enhancement initiatives, and certification programs that assist teams in strengthening their skills, enhancing performance, and adapting to changing business requirements.
• Act as a reliable resource for client-facing teams: Identify and provide the appropriate tools, resources, and materials at the right moments, ensuring that these are easily accessible, user-friendly, and consistently reinforced across all supported teams.
• Maintain close connections with the business and field: Conduct market research, collect feedback from stakeholders and customers, and regularly observe team interactions via Gong, live calls, and in-person meetings to identify challenges, opportunities, and emerging needs.
• Promote ongoing improvement and measurable results: Contribute to the Sales Enablement roadmap, assess the effectiveness of programs, and implement initiatives that boost productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness across client partnership teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Development, Sales, Customer Solutions, Sales Enablement, Account Management, Program Management, Adult Learning, Education, or similar roles, preferably within technology sectors.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
