This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the comprehensive enablement roadmap, collaborating with sales leadership to prioritize initiatives that align with company growth objectives.
β’ Establish the strategic framework for accelerating productivity among new sales hires.
β’ Analyze data and conduct field observations to identify performance gaps within the sales organization.
β’ Define the characteristics of excellence regarding messaging, talk tracks, and competitive positioning.
β’ Develop the strategy and infrastructure that empowers frontline managers to deliver consistent and effective coaching.
β’ Determine the key performance indicators that are crucial β including ramp time, quota achievement by tenure, win rates, and skill assessment scores β and utilize them to identify organizational gaps and direct future enablement investments.
β’ Act as the strategic bridge connecting Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales enablement, with a proven track record of developing and scaling programs in a high-growth setting.
β’ Demonstrated capability in designing structured, scalable training and onboarding programs that significantly enhance sales performance.
β’ Extensive experience collaborating with frontline sales managers to cultivate coaching cultures and enhance representative skills at scale.
β’ Proficient in defining enablement metrics and leveraging data to pinpoint gaps, prioritize initiatives, and demonstrate impact.
β’ Established ability to create engaging playbooks, certification programs, and training content that representatives readily adopt and utilize in the field.
β’ A strategic thinker who is also action-oriented β comfortable working at a high level while also being willing to get hands-on when necessary.
β’ Exceptional skills in influencing without authority, establishing trust with sales leaders, and effectively presenting to senior stakeholders.
β’ A proactive individual who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes are still evolving.
