This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the onboarding process and provide continuous training.
β’ Deliver onboarding materials while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for new team members.
β’ Ensure that learning experiences are engaging and executed with high quality.
β’ Conduct training sessions for both representatives and leadership teams.
β’ Assist in the development and upkeep of training content.
β’ Handle administrative responsibilities and provide support for ongoing initiatives.
β’ Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
β’ Oversee the continuous application of processes and training resources through Yelp's learning management system (Exceed).
β’ Proven sales skills that establish credibility when training representatives and leaders.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in instructor-led sales enablement, training, or learning and development (preferred but not mandatory).
β’ Strong familiarity with Yelp Ads.
β’ Effective and confident presenter, comfortable with virtual public speaking.
β’ Advanced technical abilities to facilitate remote learning and sessions (Google Meet).
β’ Knowledgeable in AI applications with practical experience (Chatbench).
β’ Proficient in Salesforce.
β’ High emotional intelligence is essential.
