📋 Description

• Take charge of daily Salesforce maintenance: ensure opportunity, account, contract, and renewal records are precise.

• Conduct regular data cleansing: eliminate duplicates, rectify field values, close outdated pipeline entries, and verify that stage advancements are accurate.

• Develop and sustain reports and dashboards for renewal pipeline tracking, forecast clarity, and Sales Ops key performance indicators.

• Oversee basic Salesforce configuration — including list views, record types, field updates, and simple flows — escalating any complex architecture issues to the Salesforce agency partner.

• Guarantee pricing accuracy, adherence to discounting policies, and proper selection of products/SKUs.

• Assist in weekly forecasting meetings by ensuring pipeline data is precise, stage-appropriate, and comprehensive before each review cycle.

• Monitor deal velocity, stage conversion rates, and win/loss trends — providing insights to the Sr. Director regularly.

• Keep track of quota monitoring and territory assignment data in Salesforce, making sure RSM records are accurate and up to date.

• Recognize gaps or inconsistencies in the sales process and suggest workflow enhancements, template revisions, or automation possibilities.

• Aid in territory planning, annual quota-setting, and GTM model updates as directed by the Sr. Director.

• Assist the Sr. Director in creating and maintaining the Revenue Conversion Tracker, including data integration between Salesforce and Finance reporting.

• Act as the primary point of operational support for Regional Sales Managers, addressing process inquiries and resolving Salesforce issues.

• Facilitate RSM onboarding and continuous Salesforce training to promote adoption and data integrity.

• Update and maintain sales materials, templates, and resource libraries in response to product, pricing, or process changes.

• Assist with onboarding new Regional Sales Managers: providing Salesforce access, process overviews, and tool training.

• Serve as the coordinator for all incoming RFP and bid opportunities, logging requirements, deadlines, and stakeholder assignments in Salesforce.

• Organize internal RFP response packages - gathering bid registration, documents, product specifications, compliance documentation, and supporting materials from various functional owners.

• Track public procurement platforms (GovSpend, BidNet Direct, Civic IQ, SAM.gov) for relevant bid opportunities and proactively notify the GTM team.

• Maintain an up-to-date RFP content library, ensuring materials reflect the latest product, pricing, and compliance changes.

• Oversee the entire renewal pipeline, managing timelines, milestone alerts, and renewal quote delivery proactively.

• Collaborate with RSMs to ensure subscription and maintenance contract renewals are accurately quoted, negotiated, and executed on schedule.

• Monitor renewal status, identify at-risk accounts early, and take measures to prevent contract or service interruptions.

• Ensure the accuracy of renewal records in Salesforce, including asset installation dates, contract terms, product types, lane counts, and renewal stage progression.

• Manage the execution of renewal email sequences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical support role.

• Familiarity with quoting tools, CPQ, or contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.

• Experience with or capability to swiftly learn automation tools (such as Zapier or equivalent) and Google Workspace.

• Proficient in Salesforce CRM, encompassing data management, reporting, dashboards, and basic system configuration.

• Solid understanding of sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, deal conversion, quota tracking, and territory structures.
