This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of daily Salesforce maintenance: ensure opportunity, account, contract, and renewal records are precise.
• Conduct regular data cleansing: eliminate duplicates, rectify field values, close outdated pipeline entries, and verify that stage advancements are accurate.
• Develop and sustain reports and dashboards for renewal pipeline tracking, forecast clarity, and Sales Ops key performance indicators.
• Oversee basic Salesforce configuration — including list views, record types, field updates, and simple flows — escalating any complex architecture issues to the Salesforce agency partner.
• Guarantee pricing accuracy, adherence to discounting policies, and proper selection of products/SKUs.
• Assist in weekly forecasting meetings by ensuring pipeline data is precise, stage-appropriate, and comprehensive before each review cycle.
• Monitor deal velocity, stage conversion rates, and win/loss trends — providing insights to the Sr. Director regularly.
• Keep track of quota monitoring and territory assignment data in Salesforce, making sure RSM records are accurate and up to date.
• Recognize gaps or inconsistencies in the sales process and suggest workflow enhancements, template revisions, or automation possibilities.
• Aid in territory planning, annual quota-setting, and GTM model updates as directed by the Sr. Director.
• Assist the Sr. Director in creating and maintaining the Revenue Conversion Tracker, including data integration between Salesforce and Finance reporting.
• Act as the primary point of operational support for Regional Sales Managers, addressing process inquiries and resolving Salesforce issues.
• Facilitate RSM onboarding and continuous Salesforce training to promote adoption and data integrity.
• Update and maintain sales materials, templates, and resource libraries in response to product, pricing, or process changes.
• Assist with onboarding new Regional Sales Managers: providing Salesforce access, process overviews, and tool training.
• Serve as the coordinator for all incoming RFP and bid opportunities, logging requirements, deadlines, and stakeholder assignments in Salesforce.
• Organize internal RFP response packages - gathering bid registration, documents, product specifications, compliance documentation, and supporting materials from various functional owners.
• Track public procurement platforms (GovSpend, BidNet Direct, Civic IQ, SAM.gov) for relevant bid opportunities and proactively notify the GTM team.
• Maintain an up-to-date RFP content library, ensuring materials reflect the latest product, pricing, and compliance changes.
• Oversee the entire renewal pipeline, managing timelines, milestone alerts, and renewal quote delivery proactively.
• Collaborate with RSMs to ensure subscription and maintenance contract renewals are accurately quoted, negotiated, and executed on schedule.
• Monitor renewal status, identify at-risk accounts early, and take measures to prevent contract or service interruptions.
• Ensure the accuracy of renewal records in Salesforce, including asset installation dates, contract terms, product types, lane counts, and renewal stage progression.
• Manage the execution of renewal email sequences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical support role.
• Proven experience supporting field or regional sales teams in a B2B context.
• Familiarity with quoting tools, CPQ, or contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
• Experience with or capability to swiftly learn automation tools (such as Zapier or equivalent) and Google Workspace.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM, encompassing data management, reporting, dashboards, and basic system configuration.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, deal conversion, quota tracking, and territory structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying data/process gaps and facilitating enhancements in revenue operations and GTM execution.
