Senior Sales Enablement Proposal Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Creation of RFPs, proposals, presentations, and collateral materials.

• Compose content for RFPs, proposals, presentations, and collateral with minimal oversight.

• Collaborate with opportunity owners and solution architects to establish the strategy, key messages, differentiators, activities, deliverables, and timelines.

• Collect information by interviewing contributors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to generate content that meets client requirements.

• Offer guidance and constructive feedback to enhance content quality.

• Oversee multiple RFP, proposal, presentation, and collateral processes simultaneously.

• Facilitate kick-off activities, which include planning, stakeholder coordination, organizing meetings, and structuring documents.

• Monitor the real-time advancement of content development, including text and visuals.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Capacity to analyze and engage in critical thinking.

• Experience in managing RFPs, proposals, presentations, and collateral.

• Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to adhere to deadlines.

• Solid understanding of the commercial development cycle and concepts related to proposals.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) for content creation.

• Skill in reviewing and refining content generated by AI.
