Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders to determine content requirements and identify needs.

• Transform stakeholder insights into content briefs and production schedules.

• Prioritize content requests based on business impact, GTM requirements, and urgency.

• Create, design, and produce documents, playbooks, one-pagers, and presentations.

• Develop and manage Mindtickle courses, quizzes, and certifications.

• Craft scripts, storyboards, and recordings for training and demonstration videos.

• Generate AI Governance enablement materials including feature walkthroughs, FAQs, talk tracks, and battle cards.

• Support Docker’s Command of the Message methodology throughout enablement content.

• Ensure alignment of content with product launches and positioning.

• Act as a liaison among Sales, Product, Marketing, and PMM.

• Manage and maintain a searchable single source of truth for enablement content.

• Eliminate duplicate and outdated materials.

• Uphold consistent voice, structure, and visual standards.

• Leverage completion data, quiz results, and field feedback to enhance content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation within a sales enablement, marketing, instructional design, or training capacity, preferably in SaaS.

• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity, with the capacity to learn about Docker products and AI Governance, translating complex technical concepts into straightforward, sales-ready value propositions.

• Excellent writing and editing abilities.

• Experience in producing video content from scripting to basic editing.

• Proficiency in building courses, assessments, or certifications within an LMS.

• Capability to manage multiple content projects and adhere to deadlines.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in organizing content for easy searchability and functioning as a single source of truth.

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in visual and brand presentation.
