This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
• Enhance program efficiency, service levels, and value by assessing performance and pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Strategically plan, organize, oversee, and direct multiple simultaneous projects utilizing cross-functional teams.
• Discover opportunities to boost efficiency, elevate service levels, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Formulate improvement strategies while ensuring alignment of organizational priorities and resources.
• Oversee projects throughout the entire project life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.
• Convert contracts, regulatory mandates, business goals, and leadership guidance into a clear scope, milestones, dependencies, ownership, and measurable results.
• Employ approved AI, automation tools, dashboards, and Microsoft 365 to condense information, recognize patterns, prepare communications, and minimize repetitive administrative tasks.
• Keep project documentation, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans up to date.
• Lead and convey project status to stakeholders through executive summaries and presentations.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to obtain resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Offer functional and technical expertise concerning program requirements and operations.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management is desirable.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, project planning and scheduling, resource and budget management, as well as project execution, deployment, and closure.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Capability to utilize approved AI, automation, dashboards, and Microsoft 365 tools effectively.
• Ability to translate contracts, regulatory requirements, business objectives, and leadership directives into project scope and measurable outcomes.
