This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Organize, deliver, and enhance ForTec’s sales training and onboarding programs.
• Responsible for the formal sales training content, onboarding processes, and field-based coaching for Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and Account Managers (AMs).
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to ensure training initiatives align with ForTec’s commercial strategy, sales process, and technology stack.
• Serve as the primary contact and internal expert for sales training, acquiring in-depth knowledge of products, sales processes, and selling methodologies.
• Act as a liaison with external sales training providers, overseeing relationships, content usage, and reinforcement of essential methodologies.
• Create, maintain, and enhance ForTec-specific sales training content that emphasizes compliance, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical Education on new product launches, ensuring the development of training materials that align with clinical guidance.
• Ensure that sales training materials are up-to-date, accessible, and well-organized within training platforms.
• Define, track, and report on key training KPIs to enhance training effectiveness continuously.
• Manage and refine a structured onboarding curriculum for new TSMs and AMs, coordinating contributions from various functions.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and learning experiences, ensuring new hires are prepared for success in the field.
• Develop and deliver training for current and future sales technology tools, promoting adoption and effective use.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related business field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales enablement, including onboarding, field coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prior direct sales experience is strongly preferred, especially in a quota-carrying medical or medical device role.
• Familiarity with Sandler-Keystone or comparable sales methodologies is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using the Internet and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel are required.
• Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), Ironclad CLM, Power BI, Showpad, and LMS (LearnUpon) tools is a plus.
• Understanding of medical device regulatory and compliance standards related to sales activities, product promotion, and customer interactions.
• Exceptional verbal, organizational, written, multitasking, and presentation skills are required.
• Strong coaching and feedback capabilities, with the ability to influence behavior change across different experience levels.
• Ability to analyze data and feedback, translating insights into actionable training strategies.
• Sales-oriented and goal-focused.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel nationally for field training and coaching.
