This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare, review, and process contracts, order forms, and renewal agreements for the Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor contract status throughout the sales and renewal cycle, coordinating with internal stakeholders as necessary.
• Conduct data validation and quality audits within HubSpot across contacts, companies, and deal records.
• Provide internal user training for Sales and Customer Success teams on HubSpot best practices.
• Create and maintain sales and Customer Success dashboards in HubSpot to track pipeline health, quota achievement, and renewal rates.
• Address data requests from Sales, Customer Success, and leadership with prompt and precise analysis.
• Perform sales cycle analyses, win/loss evaluations, and assess representative productivity.
• Oversee data quality to ensure the accuracy and reliability of dashboards.
• Assess existing sales and renewal workflows to identify opportunities for automation or standardization.
• Implement enhancements using HubSpot workflows, sequences, and integrations to streamline the sales and renewal cycle.
• Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Issue and follow up on outstanding invoices using the accounts receivable management system (Upflow).
• Communicate with customers via email regarding collections and collaborate with Sales/Customer Success to resolve outstanding balances.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including data management, workflows, reporting, and sequences.
• An analytical mindset with a proven ability to transform data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially concerning contracts, data hygiene, and invoicing.
• A process-oriented mindset — you recognize inefficiencies and take initiative to address them.
• Strong written communication skills, particularly in cross-functional settings.
• Some familiarity with accounts receivable (AR) or invoicing tools is advantageous (we utilize Upflow).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high level of ownership.
