This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the operational foundation of the sales organization.
• Ensure that the sales team has the necessary data, processes, systems, and compensation structures to operate efficiently.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams.
• Convert data into actionable insights that promote revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Take ownership of designing and delivering sales performance dashboards and reports.
• Monitor essential metrics such as pipeline health, win rates, deal size, sales cycle, and quota attainment.
• Analyze performance trends and share insights with leadership.
• Standardize reporting definitions across different teams.
• Enhance reporting automation and improve data accessibility.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis requests from Sales and Finance leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for outreach and pipeline generation.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and team meetings.
• Create BDR playbooks that include outreach strategies and handoff processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing on targeting, campaign follow-up, and lead routing.
• Facilitate onboarding and ramp-up programs for new hires.
• Oversee activity within CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Assist in the design and administration of sales compensation plans.
• Coordinate commission calculations and payouts with Finance.
• Maintain documentation of compensation structures.
• Analyze and model potential changes to compensation plans.
• Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews for leadership.
• Ensure CRM data quality through governance and process enhancements.
• Build and maintain forecasting models utilizing historical and pipeline data.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in revenue projections.
• Contribute to annual planning processes, including quota setting and territory design.
• 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting or managing BDR/SDR teams.
• Knowledge of sales compensation processes.
• Strong experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Preferred experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is strongly preferred.
• Minimal travel required (<10%).
