This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +10 more states.
• Serve as a key resource for technical assistance across all Jointmaster product lines.
• Create and uphold a targeted strategic sales plan to enhance business opportunities.
• Implement effective territory planning to optimize sales efforts and manage time efficiently.
• Expect to travel approximately 50% of the month.
• Engage in daily prospecting to identify new lead opportunities.
• Build and maintain a roster of top accounts and projects within the Territory.
• Enhance selling time by effectively utilizing internal resources.
• Conduct prompt and effective follow-ups on all quotes, bids, leads, and opportunities.
• Inform customers about the advantages of selecting InPro through meetings and presentations.
• Achieve or surpass the expected target contribution margin level for your territory.
• A college degree is mandatory, or equivalent experience in the field.
• Previous successful sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in inside or outside sales in a business-to-business setting is essential.
• Extensive background in construction sales is required.
• Experience in expansion joint sales is highly desirable.
• Proven history of successful sales growth and collaborative teamwork.
• A self-starter capable of taking initiative and working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-through and accuracy.
• Exceptional listening, probing, and closing skills are necessary.
• Strong time management abilities are required.
• Must exhibit professional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, electronic mail) is essential.
• Familiarity with automated sales office systems is advantageous.
