This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will be the architect of the new hire experience. Your role involves designing, managing, and continuously enhancing a structured 90-day onboarding program that acclimates new sales team members to our sales process, products, industry, and culture.
• You will take ownership of creating and maintaining our essential sales resources — including playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, competitive briefs, and process documentation.
• Your responsibilities will include planning and executing a recurring training calendar for the entire sales organization.
• You will manage our Learning Management System, Lessonly, from start to finish: building and grading courses, tracking completion and performance, and ensuring the content library remains up-to-date and organized.
• You will assess effectiveness by observing sales calls, analyzing metrics, collecting feedback, and collaborating closely with sales leadership.
• You will undertake additional enablement projects as the business evolves, which may involve new product launches, process rollouts, cross-departmental alignment initiatives, and any other efforts that enhance the sales team's performance.
• Previous experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage content and programs — not just deliver them.
• Excellent written communication skills; capable of converting complex concepts into clear, actionable materials.
• Comfortable taking a project from initial concept to execution with minimal oversight.
• Experience with a Learning Management System is preferred.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills — you can engage an audience (whether in-person or via Google Meet).
• Ability to adapt to various learning styles and personality types.
