This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Collaborate with regional account executives by providing operational support for their territory-specific strategic account pipeline.
β’ Oversee significant strategic B2B projects, coordinating cross-functionally to prepare bid/project RFPs, develop project plans, address unique project requirements, and hand off to the call center support team for implementation.
β’ Manage project status in collaboration with the call center support team and logistics team, including quoting, quote revisions, payment processing, order entry, and playbook management.
β’ Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver essential operations project information and updates (Planning, Sourcing, & Logistics).
β’ Assist with product information/spec requests as well as alternative bids and upselling opportunities.
β’ Aid business call center support teams with βtriageβ strategies for customer escalations.
β’ Engage in account executive pipeline sales assessments.
β’ Conduct stock checks and propose alternative product options in cooperation with the Inventory/Planning team.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
β’ Experience in project management with an emphasis on organizing large-scale projects.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
β’ Capable of effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Skilled in time management, problem-solving, and organizational strategies.
