This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with regional account executives by providing operational support for their territory-specific strategic account pipeline.

β€’ Oversee significant strategic B2B projects, coordinating cross-functionally to prepare bid/project RFPs, develop project plans, address unique project requirements, and hand off to the call center support team for implementation.

β€’ Manage project status in collaboration with the call center support team and logistics team, including quoting, quote revisions, payment processing, order entry, and playbook management.

β€’ Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver essential operations project information and updates (Planning, Sourcing, & Logistics).

β€’ Assist with product information/spec requests as well as alternative bids and upselling opportunities.

β€’ Aid business call center support teams with β€œtriage” strategies for customer escalations.

β€’ Engage in account executive pipeline sales assessments.

β€’ Conduct stock checks and propose alternative product options in cooperation with the Inventory/Planning team.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

β€’ Experience in project management with an emphasis on organizing large-scale projects.

β€’ Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

β€’ Capable of effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

β€’ Skilled in time management, problem-solving, and organizational strategies.

β€’ Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate concerns and business needs.
