This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of the complete development process for impactful sales and marketing materials, which includes customer case studies, one-pagers, solution briefs, sales presentations, and campaign resources.
• Simplify intricate business and technical ideas into clear, engaging, and structured narratives that are customized for target personas and buying phases.
• Create content that not only educates but also actively aids in generating leads and advancing deals by addressing customer requirements, objections, and practical use cases.
• Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a centralized repository of sales-ready content that is easily accessible, current, and aligned with key stages of the sales process.
• Work closely with Sales teams to grasp buyer challenges, refine messaging, and produce materials that expedite deal velocity and enhance win rates.
• Ensure that content is practical, actionable, and crafted for real-world sales applications—empowering teams to present a consistent and compelling narrative throughout engagements.
• Oversee and refine content workflows, from intake and prioritization through production, review, and delivery, utilizing CMS, DAM, or similar tools.
• Uphold strong version control and governance processes to guarantee content is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Serve as a high-standard editor for all content, ensuring clarity, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Establish and uphold content standards, templates, and style guidelines to ensure uniformity across teams and deliverables.
• Offer constructive feedback and guidance to cross-functional partners and contributors to enhance overall content quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or marketing communications.
• Proven experience in creating sales enablement or customer-facing marketing materials.
• Preferred background in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Exceptional editing and writing capabilities (clear, concise, structured).
• Ability to transform rough input into polished, executive-ready output.
• Strong visual instincts—capable of designing your own materials.
• Familiarity with content tools (CMS, DAM, or workflow systems).
• Proficient in: PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Canva (or similar design tools).
• Word / Google Docs.
• Bonus: Figma, Web CMS platforms.
• Highly self-sufficient and focused on execution.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
