This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Engage extensively in the field to pinpoint deficiencies in our sales skills and performance.
• Conduct sales training during the onboarding process and throughout the ongoing development of sellers within Alan’s team.
• Create impactful training programs covering essential topics: sales methodologies, insurance knowledge, legal frameworks, and product expertise.
• Collaborate with internal experts and leadership to build training materials.
• Test innovative formats to enhance sales adoption.
• Manage effective change processes as the organization grows (new countries, new products, etc.).
• Organize large-scale events for over 100 sales professionals across three countries.
• Take ownership of our two primary sales events (Sales Kick-Off and Back to School) that unite the entire sales team in France, Belgium, and Spain.
• Create engaging training programs focused on Alan’s key business areas.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position or in sales.
• Proficient in English at a full professional level.
• Proficient in either French, Spanish, or Dutch at a full professional level.
• Strong skills in project and stakeholder management.
• Solid business acumen and a thorough understanding of sales.
• Strong commercial awareness and a KPI-driven approach.
• Competent in Learning & Development practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• A genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve success (empathy, listening, and collaboration).
