Senior Sales Development Representative – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable advisor to pet owners, gaining insights into their pet’s character and essential needs to deliver expert service recommendations.

• Handle incoming inquiries swiftly and accurately, guiding clients from their initial interest to a confirmed booking in a single call.

• Finalize the process by establishing customer accounts and completing reservations for the pet parent, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of the carefully selected network of pet resorts, walkers, groomers, and veterinary facilities to offer knowledgeable advice.

• Achieve and surpass key performance indicators focused on conversion rates and total bookings generated.

• Provide coverage from 8am to 8pm through a structured shift schedule to guarantee that every lead receives a prompt response.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Dallas, Denver, Boston, Portland, or Houston.

• Proven track record of working a flexible 40-hour weekly schedule, including split shifts to cover the 8am to 8pm timeframe.

• Outstanding verbal communication abilities, with a talent for quickly building rapport and establishing authority.

• High level of empathy and a genuine love for pet care—you treat every client’s pet as if it were your own family member.

• Natural instinct for closing sales, with the capacity to guide individuals toward making confident decisions.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in a closing role or within a high-volume sales setting.

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage.
