This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for targeted outreach and the qualification of decision-makers for SAP projects, from the initial contact stage to transferring complex opportunities to the sales team.
• Identify potential clients through focused research and actively engage them through both outbound and inbound initiatives.
• Create account-specific outreach strategies aimed at IT decision-makers, program leaders, and C-level executives.
• Assess incoming leads against established criteria and conduct structured discussions to evaluate the needs of prospects.
• Generate qualified opportunities, including assessments, and pass them on to the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer information in the HubSpot CRM system while ensuring high data integrity.
• Document activities and decision-making processes to inform team decisions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns and provide feedback regarding lead quality.
• Work with Solution Advisors and Consulting teams to convert technical requirements into the solutions portfolio.
• Take ownership of your targets and results, manage the assigned territory, and align priorities with revenue objectives.
• Gradually evolve into more complex SAP transformation topics and manage strategically important accounts.
• Build a strong pipeline for the Natuvion portfolio.
• Completed vocational training or a university degree.
• Professional experience in sales.
• Demonstrated success in engaging and qualifying decision-makers at the C-level and IT management levels.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in both telephone and written communication.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• A sense of curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a high level of self-initiative.
• Openness to work in a technically demanding environment.
• Fluency in both German and English at a business/professional level, in writing and speaking.
• A valid work permit for Germany will be required in the application form.
• Willingness to relocate to Germany if currently residing outside the country.
