Senior Sales Development Representative, SDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns utilizing email, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels.

• Identify and connect with qualified prospects within targeted SaaS accounts.

• Customize outreach based on relevant buying signals and thorough account research.

• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team while supporting pipeline generation objectives.

• Keep precise records of activities, contacts, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with leadership on messaging, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization.

• Monitor performance metrics such as reply rates, meetings scheduled, and attendance rates.

• Assist in sequence testing and outbound iterations to enhance campaign efficacy.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders in a dynamic, startup-like environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales roles.

• Native proficiency in English.

• Proven success in cold outreach, lead generation, and booking meetings.

• Experience with **HubSpot** and **Airtable**.

• Excellent written communication and prospecting abilities.

• Comfortable in a high-accountability, rapidly growing setting.

• Capability to manage outbound volume while ensuring personalization and quality.

• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Previous experience in an **agency setting**.

• Familiarity with supporting **SaaS, go-to-market, or revenue services businesses**.

• Knowledge of **Clay** or broader **GTM** engineering workflows.

• Experience in automation and a strong interest in AI-driven outbound systems.

• Understanding of sequence performance metrics, attribution, and outbound optimization strategies.

• A mindset characterized by grit, curiosity, and a builder mentality.
