• Conduct qualification calls to identify and comprehend the business challenges faced by prospects.
• Re-engage with previous accounts utilizing updated strategies.
• Make follow-up calls to collect more detailed insights.
• Maintain HubSpot to accurately depict sales activities and the status of the pipeline.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to facilitate seamless and effective transitions.
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within the B2B sector.
• Proficiency in German and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in navigating gatekeepers and implementing multi-touch outreach sequences.
• Emphasis on both the quality and volume of the sales pipeline.
• Equity options are available.
• Commission structure offered.
