Senior Sales Development Representative – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement **multi-channel outbound strategies** aimed at mid-market and enterprise SaaS buyers.

• Drive high-value pipeline creation through sophisticated prospecting methods (cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, intent data utilization).

• Engage with and qualify senior stakeholders (C-level, VP, Directors) via consultative discussions.

• Schedule and influence high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations with strong chances of conversion.

• Continuously enhance ICP targeting, messaging, and outreach tactics informed by performance analytics.

• Uphold stringent CRM maintenance and pipeline reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Mentor junior SDRs and aid in enhancing team performance and establishing best practices.

• Collaborate across functions with marketing and AEs to coordinate on campaigns, gather feedback, and achieve revenue objectives.

• Consistently surpass ambitious KPIs related to pipeline generation and revenue contributions.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in **SaaS SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles**.

• Proven history of consistently exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.

• Robust experience in **mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales settings**.

• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS metrics and sales processes (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, sales cycles).

• Advanced prospecting expertise using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.

• Capability to engage in **consultative, value-driven discussions** with senior decision-makers.

• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or assist junior team members.

• Highly analytical and data-oriented approach to outbound sales.

• Exceptional communication, objection management, and storytelling abilities.

• Self-driven, disciplined, and adept in a high-performance remote work environment.
