Senior Sales Development Representative, Partner Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Demandbase’s data solutions and their role in enhancing customer growth and go-to-market strategies.

• Serve as a key collaborator with the Partner Team on the target account list, strategy formulation, messaging, and follow-up plans.

• Generate qualified sales opportunities from a specified set of target accounts that align with Demandbase’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Conduct research on accounts and buying groups to customize outreach based on business priorities, intent signals, and go-to-market context.

• Start initial conversations through email, phone, and social media channels with relevance and precision.

• Qualify inbound and outbound inquiries into well-defined opportunities that meet sales acceptance criteria.

• Utilize Demandbase data and sales tools to prioritize outreach efforts and enhance conversion rates.

• Ensure accurate CRM documentation for activities, contacts, and opportunity context.

• Continuously improve messaging and approach based on performance metrics, feedback, and coaching.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1.5 to 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales development within a high-volume outbound setting, showcasing success in teamwork and close collaboration with Account Executives.

• Experience engaging B2B buyers across various roles or stakeholders is preferred. Strong listening skills with the ability to adjust messaging based on prospect feedback.

• Proven capability in crafting clear, account-specific outbound messaging, along with prior success in cold calling within a sales environment.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn about data-driven products and effectively communicate workflows and use cases; experience in martech, adtech, sales tech, or analytics is a plus.

• Organized approach to managing accounts, follow-ups, and prioritizing tasks.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, or similar tools is advantageous.
