This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and implement sales strategies that align with DanceOne’s objectives for growth and brand influence.
• Establish, manage, and cultivate relationships with studio owners, educators, and partners to enhance participation.
• Discover and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the dance and performing arts sectors.
• Represent DanceOne at conventions, events, and trade shows — promoting programs and engaging directly with the community.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and events teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and participants.
• Maintain and monitor a robust sales pipeline, report on performance metrics, and forecast future growth opportunities.
• Offer valuable field insights to guide programming, messaging, and partnership initiatives.
• Enhance client retention and loyalty through personalized communication and follow-up.
• Embody and advocate for DanceOne’s core values — integrity, passion, creativity, and community — in every interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnership development, or account management.
• Experience in the dance, performing arts, or event industry is highly preferred.
• Travel is required to conventions, events, and studio visits. (Up to 75% travel)
• Availability to work occasional weekends and flexible hours during event seasons.
