This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Perform outbound cold calls to a targeted list of senior-level IT and operations professionals.
• Interact with CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, VPs of IT, and Operations Leaders.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings directly with the business owner.
• Confirm all scheduled meetings the day prior to the appointments.
• Enter a brief one-line summary for each contact in a shared tracking document.
• Provide a concise weekly summary highlighting messaging effectiveness and insights from prospects.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development is essential.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with executive-level decision-makers (CTO, CIO, VP, Director level).
• Strong phone presence accompanied by excellent conversational English skills.
• Ability to handle objections and gatekeepers in a professional manner.
• Highly confident and persuasive, with a relationship-driven communication style.
• Strong organizational skills and discipline in tracking activities.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience in IT consulting, infrastructure services, AEC, or Energy sectors is a significant advantage.
