This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify and connect with accounts that fit the ideal customer profile through proactive outreach.
• Generate qualified discovery calls that directly contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.
• Schedule 8–12 qualified discovery meetings each month with Director-level and executive decision-makers.
• Maintain a show rate of over 70% for sourced meetings.
• Develop and manage lists of target accounts using Attio CRM.
• Implement personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and cold emailing.
• Conduct thorough research on prospects prior to outreach to ensure relevance.
• Engage with luxury brands that align with the ideal customer profile.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and prospect replies within a 2-hour timeframe.
• Ensure excellent CRM maintenance with detailed notes following each interaction.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance messaging and outbound strategies.
• Over 3 years of experience in outbound sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), business development, or lead generation roles.
• Prior experience in selling marketing, branding, creative, social media, or agency services.
• Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting techniques and account-based outreach strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven track record in engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and a strong follow-through capability.
• Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and personalizing cold emails.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as Attio, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Ability to research accounts and customize messaging based on brand positioning and business objectives.
