This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts that align with FusionAuth's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Build and oversee prospect lists and buying committees across various technical roles.
• Follow up on and convert inbound leads from the Contact Us form and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Prospect individuals such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Architects, Security teams, and Developers.
• Carry out multi-channel outreach through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Engage multiple contacts within accounts to foster consensus and accelerate the sales pipeline.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Manage the marketing-sourced pipeline, encompassing both inbound and outbound metrics and targets.
• Monitor meetings, conversion rates, and opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
• Ensure accuracy and maintain cleanliness of data in Salesforce CRM.
• Analyze the performance of messaging and the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Continuously enhance outbound campaigns based on data insights and market feedback.
• Assist in defining and refining ICPs and provide account segmentation feedback for the partner marketing team.
• Develop and test messaging frameworks specifically designed for technical buyers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaign strategies and initiatives.
• Share insights on market feedback and competitive intelligence with leadership.
• Document best practices for both inbound and outbound follow-up, including workflows and playbooks.
• Contribute to shaping the future structure and organization of the outbound team.
• Coach and onboard new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) as the team expands.
• Create repeatable and measurable outbound processes from the ground up.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B technology Sales Development role, with cybersecurity experience being a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing outbound strategies that yield conversions.
• Proven track record of generating a qualified pipeline and transforming inbound and outbound activities into revenue opportunities.
• Strong cold calling capabilities, with experience engaging senior decision-makers such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Security leaders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in creating outbound campaigns from the ground up, rather than just following existing playbooks.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make optimizations accordingly.
