This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Qualifying leads and managing outreach workflows to transform prospects into sales opportunities.
• Professionally engaging leads while preserving our brand's tone through calls, emails, and texts.
• Diligently following up with qualified prospects until appointments are successfully scheduled.
• Participating in weekly sales audit meetings, contributing to team strategies, and sharing valuable insights.
• Ensuring all communications are consistent with Aventus’s tone of voice, delivering professionalism at every touchpoint.
• Working towards monthly targets, meeting or surpassing objectives with the support available for growth and success.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a comparable role (B2B or BPO experience is an advantage).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English — capable of building trust swiftly and conveying value clearly.
• Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable with learning new systems and outreach platforms.
• Driven by results, resilient in the face of rejection, and enthusiastic about achieving and exceeding your goals.
