This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Identify, qualify, and engage new leads in both English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales dialogues through phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with the founder to create and enhance sales workflows, scripts, and playbooks.
• Establish and maintain CRM pipelines, including tracking and reporting systems.
• Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies, then assist in formalizing successful approaches into a repeatable process.
• Offer market and customer insights to influence product and pricing strategies.
• Aid in the transition from founder-led sales to a scalable, well-documented sales framework.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) — a must-have.
• Previous experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing positions (experience with SaaS or app-based products is advantageous).
• Comfortable collaborating closely with a founder in a dynamic, low-process setting.
• Exceptional communicator capable of building rapport swiftly and managing objections with confidence.
• Organized and process-oriented — eager to contribute to system development, not just adhere to existing ones.
• Self-motivated individual who is equally adept on the phone and in spreadsheets or CRM software.
• Experience with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar) is preferred.
