This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of an individual pipeline target by engaging in both inbound and outbound prospecting to surpass quarterly pipeline goals across sales and marketing.
• Implement multi-channel outreach strategies utilizing email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and various digital platforms.
• Conduct research on target accounts using Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buying signals, contact intelligence, and intent data.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in Finance, Security, and IT to create a qualified pipeline.
• Set a standard by consistently executing strong prospecting results.
• Mentor team members on messaging techniques, objection handling, call execution, and best practices in prospecting.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing skill enhancement.
• Share successful strategies, insights, and best practices throughout the team.
• Contribute to the development and execution of scalable outreach strategies and sequences, providing monthly plays that include enriched accounts and contacts, conversation guides, sequences, and goals in collaboration with the head of demand generation.
• Participate in weekly calls with sales and marketing to provide insights aimed at enhancing sales-generated pipeline efforts.
• Create prospecting strategies using ABM tactics from a 5x5 approach to boost conversion rates within our top-tier accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to enhance lead flow, routing, and handoff processes.
• Support process enhancements and implement best practices for prospecting, qualification, and pipeline generation.
• Help maintain reporting and dashboards to monitor activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and consistent use of sales engagement tools.
• Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity, execution quality, and overall performance.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Pipeline Generation.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding pipeline targets.
• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound prospecting methods.
• Proficient in HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Nooks, ZoomInfo, Clay, Leadfeeder, or comparable sales technologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Background in cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise SaaS sectors.
• Experience in supporting enterprise sales teams and navigating complex buying processes.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Resilient, resourceful, and motivated by the prospecting process.
• Data-oriented mindset with experience in monitoring KPIs and ensuring accountability.
