This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the representative for Cordance’s array of products and services, leveraging extensive product knowledge and research to explain how our solutions meet customer requirements.
• Concentrate primarily on acquiring new logos through both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts.
• Generate leads and cultivate relationships by nurturing prospects and creating early-stage sales opportunities. Respond promptly to incoming inquiries (“speed to lead”).
• Execute high-quality, high-volume outreach (70–90 activities per day) via calls, emails, video, and social media platforms.
• Assess prospects through research and discovery to confirm a solid alignment with Cordance solutions. Recognize opportunities to return unqualified leads to marketing for additional nurturing.
• Arrange discovery meetings or demonstrations with qualified prospects for designated Account Executives.
• Utilize CRM (HubSpot), sales engagement tools, and data platforms (ZoomInfo) to monitor activities, document insights, and manage follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with SDR leadership and Account Executives to develop and implement targeted prospecting strategies for designated territories or accounts.
• Achieve or surpass individual activity, qualification, and pipeline-generation targets.
• Provide feedback, identify trends, and share messaging insights with colleagues and leadership to continually enhance team performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, part-time work, or sales-related experience is a plus).
• Ability to engage in high-volume outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn with ease.
• Excellent organizational skills and capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Enthusiasm for sales and a commitment to pursuing a long-term career in revenue generation.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or lead-generation environments is preferred but not mandatory.
