This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• As the initial point of contact, you'll be the first voice that green industry operators hear from us — and this is significant.
• You will take full ownership of our outbound prospecting efforts, qualifying leads for our Sales Executives while fostering authentic relationships with businesses that we can genuinely assist.
• Engage in cold calling and outbound activities in a high-volume SMB environment (we embrace the hustle unapologetically).
• Focus on qualifying leads specifically for landscape, tree care, and snow removal operators who are dedicated to growth.
• Collaborate closely with our SDR Manager and Sales team to refine your strategy and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Represent Granum at trade shows throughout Canada and the US (approximately once per quarter) — you’ll be the face of our brand.
• Monitor your metrics and remain accountable to your KPIs, as this is essential for your growth.
• You will report directly to our SDR Manager, and you won't be working independently. We invest in our team's development because your success equates to our success.
• You excel in engaging with people and view conversations as an opportunity rather than a chore.
• You can articulate a clear, compelling narrative about why Granum is important to the individuals you contact — and you are eager to continually refine it until it resonates.
• You possess strong listening skills and can discern when to speak and when to attentively listen to understand someone’s actual needs.
• Your people skills are derived from experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles — you know how to make individuals feel acknowledged and valued.
• You have some sales experience, whether it's cold calling, door-to-door, or B2B.
• Rejection does not deter you — you recognize it as a natural part of the process.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are enthusiastic about making a tangible impact in the green industry.
• You have strong organizational skills (maintaining a clean pipeline, honest CRM).
• Willingness to travel to trade shows in Canada/US once every quarter.
• Eager to build a genuine career in sales and view this role as an excellent launchpad.
