This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Identify and proactively engage with medical practices and outpatient care facilities

• Conduct active outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn

• Qualify leads and evaluate customer requirements

• Establish trust and build initial relationships with key decision-makers

• Schedule and prepare for high-quality introductory meetings

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to progress opportunities

• Maintain and manage the pipeline within the CRM (Zoho)

• Continuously enhance outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting

• Play an active role in developing a scalable outbound process

• Your efforts will lead to the creation of genuine sales opportunities, not just contacts.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field

• Strong drive for outbound sales and direct customer engagement

• High energy levels, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly spark interest

• Organized and independent approach to work

• Interest in healthcare and digital solutions

• Proficient in German; English language skills are a plus

• Preferred: experience in SaaS or software sales

• Familiarity with the outpatient healthcare sector

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
