This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
⢠Identify and proactively engage with medical practices and outpatient care facilities
⢠Conduct active outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
⢠Qualify leads and evaluate customer requirements
⢠Establish trust and build initial relationships with key decision-makers
⢠Schedule and prepare for high-quality introductory meetings
⢠Collaborate closely with the Sales team to progress opportunities
⢠Maintain and manage the pipeline within the CRM (Zoho)
⢠Continuously enhance outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting
⢠Play an active role in developing a scalable outbound process
⢠Your efforts will lead to the creation of genuine sales opportunities, not just contacts.
⢠Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field
⢠Strong drive for outbound sales and direct customer engagement
⢠High energy levels, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset
⢠Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly spark interest
⢠Organized and independent approach to work
⢠Interest in healthcare and digital solutions
⢠Proficient in German; English language skills are a plus
⢠Preferred: experience in SaaS or software sales
⢠Familiarity with the outpatient healthcare sector
⢠Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
⢠Key role in developing our sales organization
⢠Direct collaboration with the Head of Sales and founding team
