This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to dental practices across the US.
• Initiate qualification discussions with office managers and practice owners.
• Present our AI platform in a clear and concise manner.
• Schedule qualified demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain a disciplined follow-up routine through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Accurately log all activities in Salesforce.
• Achieve and surpass monthly meeting objectives.
• Adhere to daily activity standards (calls, connections, meetings set).
• 2-4+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in support of US-based tech or SaaS organizations.
• Demonstrated success in meeting outbound call and meeting goals.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a professional tone.
• Comfortable with daily cold calling to US decision-makers.
• Experience working during US business hours.
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• High resilience and consistency, capable of maintaining activity levels regardless of daily outcomes.
• Coachable and oriented towards processes.
