This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients in the DME/HME and wider healthcare industries
• Connect with prospects via email, phone, and social media platforms
• Initiate discussions to assess leads for the sales team
• Arrange meetings and demonstrations for the Account Executive team
• Meticulously record and monitor all interactions with prospects in CRM systems
• Work in tandem with the sales team to bolster campaigns and improve lead generation initiatives
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and product information
• 1-3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving goals
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Experience in prospecting within the SaaS or healthcare sectors is a plus
