This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Developing the next phase of Sprinto's outbound sales strategy.
• This is not a conventional SDR position.
• Collaborating closely with AEs in the region to support a high-value outbound approach with AE quotas ranging from ~$400K to $600K.
• Typical deal sizes are around $50K.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Highly confident when making cold calls.
• Clear and concise in written communication.
• Naturally inquisitive during conversations.
• Ability to quickly establish trust with prospects.
• Experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and outbound sequencing and enrichment tools including Clay, Zapier, ChatGPT, and AI copilots.
• Familiarity with the regional market - EMEA.
