This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Perform consistent outreach daily to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media interactions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, target, and engage with prospective customers, fostering high-quality leads.
• Develop accounts alongside target contacts (account mapping) using tools such as ZoomInfo, SFDC, and LI Sales Navigator.
• Create and assess the effectiveness of sales sequences while crafting and testing new messaging strategies.
• Qualify and nurture leads in collaboration with Marketing campaigns.
• Recognize customer needs and present Interact solutions in an engaging manner.
• Schedule high-quality meetings that translate into opportunities and product demonstrations for account executives.
• Consistently achieve daily KPIs for phone calls, emails, and social media outreach, as well as meeting qualified opportunity quota objectives.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and comply with tracking and reporting requirements.
• A clear enthusiasm for pursuing a career in sales.
• Demonstrated resilience in previous experiences (such as academics, sports, part-time jobs, or personal projects).
• A strong curiosity paired with a desire to learn, acquire new skills, and receive coaching.
• Goal-oriented and highly driven to achieve team objectives.
• Motivated by a performance-based, commission-driven setting.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new software, including CRM systems (like Salesforce) and sales outreach tools.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with professional social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Creative, curious, and open to experimenting with new outreach techniques.
• A natural, persuasive communicator.
• Resilient; capable of handling rejection while maintaining a positive and motivated demeanor.
• Collaborative and keen to work as part of a broader team (inbound, sales, and marketing).
