This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Implement high-volume outbound prospecting initiatives through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
• Take ownership of the early phases of the sales process, encompassing qualification and discovery.
• Engage in substantial conversations with senior stakeholders to pinpoint challenges and propose solutions.
• Adapt swiftly during live conversations to address objections and secure solid commitments.
• Work collaboratively with Account Executives to ensure a high conversion rate from discovery to closed-won deals.
• Regularly meet and surpass daily activity benchmarks and monthly pipeline targets.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Sales Development or Inside Sales.
• Proven history of managing high call volumes while maintaining a focus on quality.
• Strong closing skills with the capacity to effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with a persuasive flair.
• High degree of resilience, self-drive, and a "hunter" mentality.
• Documented success in achieving and exceeding performance KPIs consistently.
• Previous experience in selling within the SaaS sector.
• Knowledge of contemporary CRM tools and sales engagement software.
