This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and various sales channels.
• Identify and qualify key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Generate and arrange qualified meetings for Account Executives and leadership teams.
• Conduct research on prospects and customize outreach messaging based on industry challenges.
• Keep precise CRM records and update the sales pipeline regularly.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage high-volume outreach while ensuring strong personalization and engagement.
• Confidently communicate technical products or services to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Achieve and surpass KPIs related to meetings scheduled, pipeline created, and response rates.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in outbound sales.
• Previous experience in technical sales, SaaS, IT services, cybersecurity, software platforms, cloud solutions, or similar fields is preferred.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills with a neutral or professional accent.
• Strong capability to build rapport and handle objections with confidence.
• Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or similar systems.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding outbound sales objectives.
• Comfortable engaging with international clients, especially in the US, UK, or European markets.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment are mandatory.
