This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Identify and secure new sales opportunities by initiating outbound cold calls, crafting persuasive emails, leveraging social media platforms, and utilizing various communication channels.
• Promptly follow up with inbound leads to ensure no opportunity is overlooked, showcasing attentiveness and professionalism in every interaction.
• Employ professional communication skills to create an excellent first impression with prospects. Develop a robust strategy to engage customers, utilizing email and call scripts effectively.
• Leverage prospecting and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.ai to collaborate with assigned representatives in identifying potential opportunities; implement effective handoff strategies, and prepare for qualification calls and discovery meetings with target prospects.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of sales calls, emails, and other engagements.
• Track leads efficiently and execute with agility through consistent follow-up and development.
• Collaborate effectively and work cooperatively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Operations, etc.) across various initiatives.
• Strategize with the team to innovate and enhance the overall sales development process.
• Stay informed about product and service information, maintaining the necessary knowledge to address potential customer inquiries.
• Set, monitor, and strive to exceed sales goals, ensuring consistent progress toward achieving targets.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Sales Development role.
• At least 6 months of experience in the information security, cybersecurity, or SaaS sectors.
• A university degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of online privacy, security standards, and product compliance (e.g., internet of secure things).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).
• Experience in partnership development, including identifying partners and structuring and negotiating agreements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, persistence, attention to detail, and collaborative instincts.
• Familiarity with software platforms such as Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and Salesforce CRM.
• Language proficiency we are seeking (in addition to fluency in English): Spanish, Italian, and German.
