This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate qualified leads by identifying, researching, and engaging with key decision-makers within targeted enterprise accounts.
• Establish a steady, high-quality pipeline for Account Executives through a combination of inbound follow-ups, outbound prospecting, and strategic multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance messaging, optimize campaigns, and promote ongoing improvements in conversion rates and lead quality.
• Master Fiddler’s platform narrative—effectively communicate our value proposition, unique differentiators, and influence on enterprise AI trust, governance, and performance.
• Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly objectives, which include booked meetings, generated qualified opportunities, and conversion rates.
• Document and analyze interactions with prospects in Salesforce to offer insights and feedback to Marketing and Product teams.
• 2-5 years of experience in an SDR position for a SaaS product focused on enterprise accounts.
• Proven expertise in pipeline generation and outbound efforts: Ability to source, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) that aligns with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Proficient in discovery and communication: Capable of leading engaging, insight-driven discussions that reveal pain points and articulate value to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Skilled in market and persona research: Proficient at identifying key decision-makers, customizing messaging, and navigating complex organizations to pinpoint the right entry points.
• Strong CRM and data management skills: Maintains Salesforce and outreach tools in an organized and up-to-date manner; tracks metrics and utilizes insights to refine strategies and enhance conversion rates.
• Tech-savvy with a sense of curiosity: Comfortable using modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach/SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and keen to learn about emerging AI, ML, and data technologies.
• Resilient self-starter: Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—persistent, adaptable, and driven by progress rather than perfection.
