Senior Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of outbound qualified leads, meeting quotas by utilizing AI for rapid prospecting.

• Spend 3-4 hours daily on cold calling to arrange meetings for your New Business Director.

• Oversee various vendor-forward and internally developed AI tools, transitioning fluidly between platforms to enhance your workflow.

• Take responsibility for AI agents, including the creative aspects of their implementation, tracking their performance, and auditing their outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards.

• Create qualified outbound meetings for our new business team through sophisticated and personalized outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email.

• Coordinate the transition to sales executives while ensuring meticulous data integrity within our Hubspot CRM.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of outbound SDR/sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving targets.

• Capability to engage in 3+ hours of phone conversations each day. With AI managing your administrative tasks (list building, research, and data entry), your calling time should be energetic and impactful.

• A keen interest in how AI is transforming contemporary sales. You are adept at utilizing AI features in tools beyond ChatGPT and Gemini, such as Common Room, Amplemarket, Clay, or similar platforms, and you are eager to explore new AI tools that can enhance your processes and improve efficiency.

• Proficient in crafting strategic emails and engaging professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives.

• A collaborative spirit, willing to work with others in the sales team, with a strong desire to contribute to the advancement of the Ceros sales engine.

• A "start-up soul" that flourishes in a dynamic environment with a constantly evolving AI-driven product.
