This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process: prospecting, outreach, discovery, and closing.
• Implement high-volume outbound campaigns through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage with decision-makers across diverse industries.
• Conduct thorough discovery calls to uncover client requirements and present AI automation solutions.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools and sales platforms.
• Consistently achieve and surpass revenue and performance goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance outreach strategies and messaging.
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo for lead generation.
• Maintain robust client relationships and adopt a professional, consultative sales approach.
• At least 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales (non-negotiable).
• Demonstrable success in closing deals and generating revenue, not merely setting appointments.
• Strong skills in cold calling, objection handling, and discovery techniques.
• Experience overseeing the complete sales pipeline from start to finish.
• Background in selling services, ideally within the tech, AI, or automation sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Experience using lead generation platforms and outbound prospecting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in client-facing roles.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
