This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Finalizing agreements: This is your primary responsibility.
• Market large B2B training packages to organizations with over 100 employees.
• Negotiate, influence, and push contracts to successful completion.
• Upselling: existing clients are already familiar with our offerings.
• You will identify opportunities for further training and secure them.
• Access to sales tools: we offer proprietary, top-notch sales training complete with role-plays and intelligent tracking tools.
• Once a deal is finalized, our Client Enablement Manager will take over the account, allowing you to focus on the next opportunities.
• A minimum of 4 years in sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals.
• Exceptional communication abilities — skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and establishing boundaries.
• A-player mindset: you consistently go above and beyond without prompting.
• Full accountability — a self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.
• Preferred: Background in B2B sales (more favorable than B2C).
• Experience with SaaS, online services, or training/education sectors.
• Leadership experience or a genuine desire to lead others in the future.
• Fully remote — work from any location; no designated office.
