This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of sales: Oversee the complete sales cycle from strategic initial acquisition to successful contract finalization in the Central Germany region.
• Executive networking: Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with hospital executives, chief physicians, and therapy leaders on an equal footing.
• Confident product demonstrations: Facilitate effective consultative meetings and live product demonstrations—both onsite in hospitals and in virtual environments.
• Market analysis: Continuously assess competitive trends across Central Germany to develop customized sales strategies.
• Representation at industry events: Actively represent Caspar Health at regional trade shows and networking events to secure new customers.
• Focus on revenue and growth: Reactivate dormant opportunities in the pipeline to put the Central region on a sustainable path to success.
• Network in the healthcare industry: 3–5 years of professional sales experience, preferably with a strong emphasis on HealthTech, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong communication with C-level executives: Confident negotiation skills and experience engaging directly with senior decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to articulate complex solutions: Proficiency in clearly and persuasively communicating the value of a digital platform combined with our interdisciplinary therapy team for clients and patients.
• Empathetic "hunter" mentality: A closing-oriented sales approach marked by strong ownership, always prioritizing the medical benefit for patients.
• Willingness to travel: Flexibility for approximately 60–80% travel within Central Germany to stay close to decision-makers.
• Language skills: Negotiation-level proficiency in native-equivalent German and good English for internal communication purposes.
• Maximum flexibility: Embrace a remote-first culture with fully flexible working hours—the Berlin-Mitte office is optional, plus the ability to work up to 90 days per year outside of Germany.
