• Implement impactful coaching initiatives utilizing Emerse IP and methodology.
• Lead team bootcamps, strategy sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Create and implement client-specific sales playbooks.
• Assist in sales recruitment and onboarding with well-defined standards and structure.
• Monitor performance and promote growth through diagnostics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work alongside the Emerse team to innovate new services and tools.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales and leadership positions.
• Demonstrated expertise in coaching or mentoring.
• A strong dedication to enhancing sales talent and ensuring client success.
• Background in sales, recruitment, and team development.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.
