Senior Sales Associate, HVAC Controls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain long-lasting strategic relationships with property owners, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers.

• Oversee a designated account portfolio while pinpointing high-potential prospects.

• Lead business development initiatives to facilitate regional expansion.

• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions and industry-related events.

• Identify inefficiencies in buildings and systems through thorough client needs assessments.

• Influence early specifications and design choices within projects.

• Spot bid opportunities, craft detailed responses, and spearhead negotiations.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams.

• Manage the transition from sales to execution.

• Propel the sales process through disciplined follow-ups and proactive communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC/BAS Controls sector.

• At least 2 years of sales experience in the HVAC/BAS Controls field.

• A valid and current Driver’s License is necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of Sales, HVAC, Building Automation, and/or controls.

• Proven experience selling within the BAS/HVAC Controls Industry.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Prior leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.

• Capability to deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Experience in analyzing market and company data to develop business strategies.

• Competence in Microsoft 360 applications.
