• First level inbound support for existing customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a customer advisor in technical support with sales

• Excellent German language skills at C1 level

• Strong internet connection via LAN

• Quiet workspace at home

• Flexibility

• Willingness to work weekends up to twice a month, with compensatory days during the week
